Your new role
- Administrative support of the Sales Team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Generate and send sales quotations, follow-up of sent quotes or products samples via e-mail and telephone.
- Support seasonal promotions by sending out emails and following up on contacts via phone.
- Internal and external clarification and communication of customer requests.
- Documentation and clean-up of customer information in Customer Relationship Database.
- Support of local exhibitions and seminars (send material, document).
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent in German and English.
- Finished commercial vocational education or comparable qualification.
- Very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
- First experiences in sales, customer contact or promotional activities preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in one of the following fields preferred: Customer relationship management databases, graphic applications e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud.
