Marketing Director
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaOur client is a fast-paced, infrastructure and construction company specializing in realization of environmental, energy and infrastructure projects. Operating in a field that is receiving considerable investment our client is continually expanding resulting in the requirement for a strategic thinker and pro-active person for a Marketing Director position.
The successful candidate will be part of the management team of Polish independent subsidiary and will be responsible for all external communications about the company and the representation to its potential consumers. Potential Candidate will report directly to the Business Development Director in Poland.
The Director of Marketing plays an important role in several aspects:
- Public Relations. The Director of Marketing will manage all public relations and marketing of the company's brand.
- Brand Positioning. The Director of Marketing will reposition the brand to the premier firm in the environmental and infrastructure industry.
- Project’s financing. The Director of marketing will maintain working relationships with banks with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations of the group. Moreover he/she will create a marketing package that will be sent to banks and financial institutions. The package will also support the RFP Library. This is the main priority in joining our team.
- Trade Shows. The Director of Marketing must create and maintain a calendar of industry trade shows and create a plan for each. These trade shows are international, particularly in Europe.
- Web site Management. The Director of Marketing will be in charge of retooling the web site and representing the best image and interest of the company.

Requirements:
• Previously worked as a Marketing director in a construction company is an absolute must
• Minimum 10 years experience in upper level management with a proven track record
• Solid skills in planning and monitoring of complex projects and large transactions
• Fully qualified construction or property investment background with at least 10 years of experience at Marketing Director level
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, MBA preferred
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, with representation skills
• Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus
