Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Marketing Director, to be based in the Warsaw office. Marketing Director will be responsible for marketing management for several countries in CEE region, leading an international team of Managers. Key responsibilities include: executingthe Brand & Omni Channel Activation calendar in CEE across all consumer touchpoints, setting Brand objectives in accordance with Brand KPI direction, providing performance feedback, managing and acceptingCEE integrated Marketing Calendar, planning marketing budget. Marketing Director will also manage, train and motivate their team, inspiring and developing the team members.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position
We are looking for Candidates passionate about marketing, with min.8 years of relevant experience (cross-functional marketing and/or sales experience) and min. 4 years of leadership experience, most preferably gained at international fashion/ retail/ sporting goods brands, with regional responsibility. Excellent presentation skills, fluent English and driving license are necessary, as well as analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel.
