Marketing Coordinator

This is a challenging and exciting new position for somebody looking to take their career in technology marketing to the next level. Our client is a leader in an online proofing system that streamlines the process of managing document reviews, proofing and approval tool built specifically for brands, agencies, designers, print and production.

The role is global in scope and you will spend a lot of time dealing with people around the world. You can be based anywhere in Poland and work from home or from co-working space if You prefer. You will report directly to the company CEO and work alongside the online marketing manager.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Working closely with other members of the team to organise, project manage and deliver marketing activity
  • Producing high-quality written communication for internal and external use (press releases, writing copy for the company website, copy for newsletters, copy for e-mails and case studies, etc.)
  • Developing new and innovative ways to drive more prospective customers into the sales pipeline
  • Ensuring effective day-by-day communication with external parties: partners and customers to gather information to be used in our marketing material.
  • Conducting marketing research and competition analysis.
  • Assist with campaign set-up requirements as needed

 

Requirements

 

  • Your academic training is in the marketing and/or communication sector and you have a track record of at least two years of experience
  • You easily organize your own work and time pressure is not a problem for you
  • You are able to work independently without being in the same office as the rest of the team
  • You are very flexible and open to rapidly changing priorities
  • You are an enthusiastic person and you approach your tasks with creativity
  • You have strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
