Our client Shell Polska operates in the sector where the main activity is road transport of goods, mainly with trucks. The CRT organisation will serve all customers involved in heavy duty transport and work in close collaboration with truck OEMs and logistics providers to orchestrate the transition to new energies.
Your new role
The Marketing Coordinator role is a great opportunity to help shape and execute the marketing priorities of the newly formed CRT organization. As marketing coordinator you will report to the Senior Account Manager in the country. You will work directly with the local sales team for the respective country and contribute towards the achievement of local business targets. You will responsible for develop and implement the country marketing plan, driving high ROI on the marketing spend and supporting delivery of T&R. You will introduce the local initiatives from the marketing plan and marketing campaigns with guidance from the central marketing team and evaluate the results of the campaigns. You will carry out customer, competitor and market analysis and shape the Customer Value proposition. You will work with global product and marketing managers towards the ongoing development. You will responsible for build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders (eg. Customers, Transport associations, supporting functions, Retail Network, Retail Sales & Ops, etc). Person in this role will actively support the development of commercial skills of the people of the sales team about the products and services offered. You will deploy and drive uptake of online products and contribute to product development by providing customer insights.
