We are looking for a Marketing Coordinatorto join our the European Marketing Operations Team. The goal of that role is to provide administrative support for marketing teams in Central Eastern and Western Europe.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinatorto join our the European Marketing Operations Team. The goal of that role is to provide administrative support for marketing teams in Central Eastern and Western Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the marketing department in the supported region
- Monitoring the budget
- Close cooperation with the financial department with invoicing and monitoring expenses and providing reports to central functions
- Providing support for marketing specialist with creating marketing campaigns
- Coordinating and improving the data base
- Providing administrative support for additional projects in the region
- Providing administrative support for the vendor contract management and registry
The right Marketing Coordinator will have the following profile:
- Business school/University degree
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
- Experience working in administration and/or marketing will be a plus
- Ability to work independently with remote stakeholders
- Planning/coordination skills
