MARKETING COORDINATOR
Miejsce pracy: GliwiceReporting to the Operations Manager the ideal candidate is creative and fun-loving. You are likely to have experience the design, execution and analysis of marketing activities with a focus on public relations and social media. You will be responsible for executing the marketing plan as well as proposing new ideas and assisting the Operations Manager to set marketing objectives and targets. You will be self-motivated, a strong communicator, and a team player.
You main tasks will be:
- develop and execute the marketing plan;
- update all digital assets including our website,
- monitor and report all PR and marketing activity;
- keep social media content vibrant and alive;
- incentivise guests to check-in, Like and Share us on social media;
- propose new promotional ideas; ambassador for the House of Air brand;
- controlling all customer correspondence;
- creation and coordination of special events such as dodgeball league,
- summer camps, themed nights, seasonal promotions and events, charity activities;
- contribution towards merchandising options;
- manage relationship with Europa Centralna Marketing;
- be proactive with all program marketing and provide information for updates to marketing materials on a consistent basis;
- work closely with sales team and management;
- overseeing park signage.
- 3+ years in a marketing role
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans
- Broad knowledge of social media
- Experience in public relations a plus
- University degree in marketing or similar subject
