Marketing Assistant with fluent English (Legal Sector)
Lokalizacja: WarszawaFor our Client, top-tier legal office, we are looking for candidates to work on the position of Marketing and Business Development Assistant.
Main tasks would include:
• Support for external and internal marketing and business development activities and campaigns
• Gather, assemble and manage materials for use across multiple channels (e.g. intranet, website, social media, portals, newsletters, etc.)
• Gather, assemble and manage requests for business marketing material e.g. brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters and event material etc.
• Gather, assemble and manage content for pitches, prospective and client meetings including PowerPoint compilation and other marketing material
• Gather, assemble and manage firm wide credentials and accolades using various data sources
• Upload content across the Firm’s multiple channels (e.g. intranet, portals, website, social media, newsletters, etc.)
• Support on the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for partner and staff briefings
Our client expects:
• Degree educated
• Fluent English (C1 level is a must)
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• PC literate with very good working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Prezi would be an advantage.
• Understanding of HTML coding is desirable.
• Able to exhibit a positive attitude and interact positively at all levels within the firm and a good team player
• Able to effectively negotiate with and influence colleagues and others to achieve a successful outcome
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; can clearly explain and present problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution
• Can demonstrate initiative and the ability to be proactive, anticipating needs
