Overview:

  • To create a solid marketing process, which will help to achieve company sales revenue target.

 

Duties:

  • Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Breating an Email campaign
  • Creating a customer newsletter that offers timely information about the business
  • Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
  • Traveling to customer meetings and sales calls
  • Create and regularly update company information on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn or other online marketing tools
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
  • Analysing questionnaires
  • Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
  • Assisting with promotional activities
  • Visiting partners and external agencies
  • Helping to organize market research
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organisations
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • A clear strategic thinker who has a natural flare for coming up with new ideas.
  • Experience of PA work and office administration at all levels.
  • An excellent working knowledge of digital and social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Not afraid to try out new strategies and ways of working.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within specified time frames

Working Conditions:

Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel to customers, exhibitions, events, etc… regularly as needed
