- Generates, sets up and delivers ad hoc/ schedule reports as required
- Confers with persons originating, handling, processing or receiving reports to identify problems/discrepancies/variances and to gather suggestions for improvements or necessary coaching or guidance to the reporting specialists
- Good understanding of cross referencing of data and relationships from multiple sources
- Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
- Examines and evaluates purpose and content of various metrics reports to develop new or improve existing format, use and control
- Monitor team individual KPI & follow up on those failures with both team members & TL in order to address issues/challenges
- Track & Summarize team accomplishments
- Coordinate documentation when needed
- Handle logistic set-up
- Admin support to internal team operations including meeting logistics setup, organize virtual team event, collaboration platform maintenance (e.g. Sharepoint, intranet site) etc.
