THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a larger player in the food industry with several locations spread over Europe. This multinational is currently looking for an highly experienced Manufacturing Manager who is responsible for the manufacturing, (capital) projects, improved production processes and development of the 5 plants.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the entire manufacturing, (capital) projects, improved production processes and development of the 5 plants. World Class Manufacturing and Operational Excellence play an important role in the position, as the Manufacturing Manager is responsible for improving the production-processes and equipment. Knowledge and experience of working with WCM or OE is required.
Next to improving several processes at the different plants in Europe, the Manufacturing Manager is also responsible for setting the budget, scope, time frame and the execution of the projects at the five plants.
The Manufacturing Manager is directly responsible for the Technical Department of 30 employees and employees working on projects (variably till +350 employees. The Manufacturing Manager is directly reporting to the Manufacturing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for manufacturing & projects at 5 plants in Europe

-Budget, scope, time frame and the execution of projects
-Project- & Operating budget responsibility
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc Engineering of relevant studies
-+15 years of experience in manufacturing or technical project environments
-Experience in the Food is required!
-Experience with (international) Project Management
-Knowledge of SHEQ
-Fluent in English (required)
-Dutch, French & German highly preferred
-Hands-on manager
