On this position we offer you an opportunity to work with one of the TOP 10 Irish start-ups which provides e-commerce store analytics to consumer goods companies. As a Manual Test Engineer, you will build test scenarios, execute tests on web platforms, find bugs and report them via Ticket tool to the development team in Dublin. You will also have a change to become a part of the transition from manual to automation testing and get a unique opportunity to extend your knowledge in that area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain test scripts for Functional & Non-Functional scenarios
Creating high quality test cases, building and maintaining regression suites
Reviewing requirements, preparing test scenarios, preparing and executing test cases, raising bugs, regression testing
Accurately record and track defects, using approved defect tracking procedures
Communication with developers and other test engineers
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in QA
Strong understanding of QA principles, methods and processes
Familiarity with Test Case Management and Bug Tracking tools, preferably Jira
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Good English (both written and spoken form)
