Job Description

• Identifying improvement opportunities in client business
• Presenting solutions to clients and sustain opinion with sufficient examples/expertise
• Working with cross-functional client teams
• Providing offshore or onsite support in projects that run in different geographies
• Working in one of the following areas: analytics / risk management / core banking / banking distribution & marketing / finance operations / operational excellence

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the consulting company or in banking industry
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong experience in managing the projects
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of second European language – nice to have
• Readiness for frequent business trips
