Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Drenthe Netherlands.
This company is at the moment developing a new product and that is why they need a Engineer Manager with management skills.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Engineer Manager you will be responsible of your team. Your task will be coordinating, engineering, quality assurance and register the product activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and lead your team to succes
- Communicate between different departments from R&D to Sales
- Coordinate and Lead your team
- Make day plans and financial budgets
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering background
- Dutch sproken and written
- Experience in Medical Device industry
- Result driven
