For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Surveillance Strategic Delivery Manager.
Within this position you will support the Markets Regulatory Compliance Conduct Surveillance & Analytics (CSA) team and as part of RC Operations. You will be responsible for verifying current surveillance processes, proposing changes and process improvements, you will be an expert in the field across multiple projects and programs. You will be cooperating with the on-shore global markets and banking business to understand communication and trading behaviors and contribute to global improvements in surveillance. Your duties will also include undertaking independent Surveillance and Monitoring in order to obtain assurance that the businesses are operating in line with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards, reviewing alerts and eliminating those with no issue in a timely manner, investigating and escalating potential issues. You will be also responsible for maintaining statistics and metrics for appropriate stakeholders.
We are looking for Candidates with a fluent English and one of additional language: French, German, Italian or Spanish. Previous experience in Monitoring & Surveillance, Financial Markets or compliance related environment is also required. Strong technical knowledge in relation to RC systems and processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
