THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is one of the largest beverage producers in the world.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will hold responsibility for the further development and implementation of the general maintenance strategy and the roll-out to multiple sites across western and northern Europe.
Furthermore, you will be working closely together with the local maintenance teams on each site. This also entails that you will be supporting them with the implementation as well as with setting up budgets and KPI's to monitor the overall progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Further development and implementation of the maintenance strategy.
- Assisting local maintenance teams with the implementation
- Providing support with budget
- Introducing KPI's
- Introducing the latest tools enabling further development and implementation of the maintenance strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering
- Recent experience within a food production environment
- 5 - 10 years of relevant maintenance management experience
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
