Currently for our client, big international company with stable position on our market, we are looking for experienced managers.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

To be successful on this position you need to be an experienced manager with perfect English skills. Since the work is located in Cracow, Poland knowledge of Polish is a must.

You will be able to use your experience looking over a team of customer service agents dealing with different situations, keeping an eye on the level of their performance and their SLAs (in cooperation with the Team Leaders). You will also take part in making long and short-term business plans and creating targets for your team so that their development plan is clear and achievable. This position will have you communicating with the management of EMEA district of the company and cooperate with them on daily basis. That is you must have great communication skills and be able to create reports of different kind.

As a team manager you might also be responsible for supervising training process of new employees and planning the work of the Department you will be responsible for keeping in mind the policy of the company.
