THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
A worldwide operating company within the food industry. Furthermore the company processes raw material into distinctive ingredients of high quality.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
A Maintenance & Reliability (E&I) Manager within a project of 6 months with a possible extension of contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform RCA’s.
- Executing FMEA / FMECA studies.
- Make maintenance plans change from reactive to preventive and predictive maintenance .
- Making sure that the manufacture maintenance plans offer the desired list of points of interest within the plant.
- It's your job to find the optimal balance for the highest possible technical availability of equipment and optimal product quality , compared with as low as possible (maintenance) costs .
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably, but not necessary, experience within the food industry and agricultural industry.
- Being able to execute RCA's.
- Being able to work with spray dryers, valves, pumps and ice water plants.
- Being able to execute FMEA / FMECA studies.
- Need to have good communicative skills with a straightforward mentality.
- Basic knowledge of PLC.
- Flexible personality.
- Familiar with RCM , TPM and reliability excellence programma and improvement of such processes.
