For our Client, an international automotive supplier, located in Lower Silesia we are searching for Candidates for the position of Maintenance Manager.
If you successfully complete recruitment process, you will be in charge of Maintenance Department, reporting directly to Plant Manager. You will be responsible for implementation and applying TPM in order to provide best possible efficiency of machines and equipment. Your daily duties will include taking care of the budget, cost optimization and long term planning. You will implement all the proper tools and methods required to provide safety I efficiency of both machines and facility. Obviously, you will be responsible for team management and development, including trainings and competency development. You will get an opportunity to participate in several new production lines launches.
To be successful in this role you should possess higher technical education diploma, practical experience in maintenance (min. 5 years), deep knowledge of automatic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanics, gained preferably in an automotive industry. What is more, you should have knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing tools implementation, be a quick learner with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. As it is quite independent role, we expect you to have experience in team management and ability to make decisions quickly, yet thoughtfully. You should also speak German or English very well, as you will use it in daily communication. In addition, this role requires induction in one of foreign sites which may last few weeks.

Salary level will vary between 10 000 and 14 000 gross, depends on your level of experience and technical knowledge.
