Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.
My client is a pharmaceutical organisation seeking for an interim Maintenance Manager with relevant pharma experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as Interim Maintenance Manager you carry the responsibility to focus on all maintenance related tasks. Main objective in this job is to be able to get the entire team of specialists (65 FTE) all in the right direction to make sure that the entire production environment is focused on closely working together. The organisation is currently in phase 2 of implementing a TPM strategy, thus preventive maintenance is a very important aspect of this interim role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing maintenance specialists by coaching and guiding them through improvement processes.
- Maintaining and guiding inspections and risk analysis on present production equipment (FMEA, FMECA).
- Successfully guide and steer the implementation of this phase of the TPM-implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical (or relevant) engineering
- 6+ years working experience as interim Maintenance Manager.
- Experience in pharmaceutical environments.
- Knowledge and experience of working in high care environments (GMP, GPM).
