THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Belgium.
My client is a small oriented company in the food industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role as Maintenance Manager you will be responsible to lead the Maintenance department of the company. In this role you will lead a team of about 15 maintenance specialists where you will work closely with to achieve an optimal workflow. Main focus in this interim role is on starting with TPM work processes, as the organisation is relatively new to this principle. You will work with production equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your daily processes you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team of maintenance experts, consisting of engineers and operators.
- Implementing TPM principles.
- Working actively to identify risk issues in the current equipment.
- Analyzing working procedures to implement improvements.
- Current standard SOP's require significant improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant study
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record of improving smaller scaled organisations on Maintenance.
- Good understanding of SOP's and working procedures.
- Good communicator
- Analytical
- Guiding personality
- Strategically capable to lead a team of 10+ specialists whilst improving organisational processes.
