ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you will be delivering both systems as well as providing process support across multiple sites. Therefore, you don't shy away from traveling up to 75% of the time. Furthermore, you will also be leading/coaching local engineers and maintenance staff.
You will also be actively contributing to the overall Maintenance strategy and will provide the means to oversee the development and process of this.
In this role, you will als be working closely together with a number of both internal and external clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and implementation of maintenance strategy
Delivering of budget with other department
Provide leadership and tools regarding management of new maintenance strategy
Implementation of newest maintenance standards/tools
Cost reductions
Stakeholder management with both internal and external clients
Training of Engineers and Maintenance staff
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience
Experience in the Food & Beverages industry or FMCG is preferable
Fluent in both German and English
Excellent communication skills
