Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
Our client is a world famous food & beverage production company familiar in all corners of the world. With their headquarters based in The Netherlands, our client is always looking for technical professionals to improve their production lines to ensure the highest quality for their product.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a maintenance engineer new build with knowledge of pressure equipment. The project will be for six months with a possibility of extension after six months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize and shape with use of SAP PM
- Optimize maintenance plans (RCM) including securing in SAP
- Optimize work processes and tools for the purpose of PO optimizing
- Securing of PED maintenance and related work processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to draft maintenance plans, decide on spare parts and compose a BOM based on knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
- Experience with SAP PM and MM
- Maintenance engineering experience in new build projects
- Familiar and experience with applying of regulation about pressure devices, for example PED, 'Warentwetbesluit drukapparatuur and regulations' and 'Praktijkregels Drukapparatuur'
- Experience with RCM/FMECA, RCA and other analysis techniques
- Preferably familiar with TPM and experience in the food industry
- Clear and proactive communication and able to operate independent
- Create a plan and time table for assigned activities
