Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company is growing really fast. That is why they want to hire a new Engineering Manager for their products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Engineer Manager you will be responsible of a team. Your task will be coordinating, engineering, quality assurance and register the product activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and lead your team to succes
- Communicate between different departments from R&D to Sales
- Coordinate and Lead your team
- Make day plans and financial budgets
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering background
- Dutch sproken and written
- Experience in Medical Device industry
- Result driven
