We are looking for process engineer who will an expert of maintaining processes by keeping tooling and programs up to the current revision level. This person will be also responsible for programming and fixture designs for new parts.

For our customer, rapidly growing company in automotive industry, we are looking for machining process engineer who will an expert of maintaining processes by keeping tooling and programs up to the current revision level. The company is located near to Bielsko-Biała.
Description
* Setup and programming of CNC machining equipment in an effective manner;
* Assist in the resolution of manufacturing problems related to machining processes, automation, and machine control issues.
* Continuous improvements that looks to optimize the function of machining process, automation and machine control to improve overall plant efficiencies.
* Estimates production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
* Deliver optimal technical machining process solution (create machining concept, create most competitive tool set-up and prepares machines for startup of production)
* Modify or write new CNC programs as needed for re-work jobs or new jobs. Look for opportunities to improve cycle time and reduce tool cost. Test, document and implement all changes.
Profile
* Min. 3 years' experience in automotive business
* Experience in CNC programming and knowledge on cutting tools
* Knowledge of Quality Standards and tools in automotive industry (8D, FMEA, VDA, ISO TS)
* Knowledge of project management
* Quality/target/customer orientation skills
* Fluency in English
