Machine Learning Practice Head

Key functions:
- Engage with larger Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence organization and influence its strategy.
- Engaging with Analysts and Advisors to drive market differentiation/leadership while crafting business value propositions that can drive competition attack/market success.
- Provide the strategic direction while managing & building lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a thought leader and build next generation offerings
- Must possess deep Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence experience and be considered as a Thought leader
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to structure and facilitate cloud workshops and develop business cases for large deals
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in following fields: machine learning, data visualization, statistical modeling, data mining, or information retrieval
- Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and data presentation skills
- Experience working in Windows and Linux environments
- Experience in developing descriptive and predictive models to solve business problems depending on the business requirement
- Experience in Design, Build and Deploy data mining and data analysis solutions for ML
- Relevant managerial experience
- 10 -12 years of substantial experience in technical services
- Proven project management experience
- Working experience in IT industry, preferably within Cloud Services
- Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies
- Strong relationship-building skills, with both internal departments and external customers
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Leadership skills gained from working within a busy, demanding, pressurized and international environment
- Fluent English (working with US and India on daily basis)
