Our client is one of world's largest freight forwarding companies located in the heart of Wrocław.
We are currently looking for a person to hold Logistics Supervisor role in SSC organisation.
The hired person will build and supervising the logistics team, managing the information flow effectively on behalf the customers, assisting in setting operational performance metrics and delegating tasks to ensure completion. What is more Logistics Supervisor will be also responsible for all operations-based relationships with the external customer as well as projects for their team and drive them through to completion.
To be successful in this role you need to have 3-5 years of previous experience with similar position, fluent English skills and experience with work in customer service area.
We look for candidates with strong analytical background and ability to proactively identify patterns in operations and data and demonstrated ability to utilise project management project management skills.
