Our Client is the International Company from Retail Sector with the mission of promoting the sport and fitness life-style. Because of huge development of the structure in Poland we are now looking for Candidates for the Logistics Department Manager Position for our Client’s Distribution Centre.


MAIN GOAL:
To organise and carry out with the team the services requested by customers within the requested lead-times in order to: satisfy them and give the stores the means to have sports customers return.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Recruiting people and managing them to develop their skills to the benefit of performance
• Defining the layout plans fort he Department (as a part of the Distribution Centre): forecasts for each season needs in materials (layout, security equipment), the logistics operations and budget for them;
• Forecasting my human and economic activity: budget or the annual forecasts, annual crisis plan;
• Developing efficient action plans "more customers, less costs" and working for simpler processes enabling the development of the jobs;
• Organising the services within logistics department: statistical control of the deliveries, optimise the management of “reserve” and “picking” , organise order preparation and stock accuracy;
• Guaranteeing standard personnel management like hiring procedures, labour legislation,  legislation governing working time;
• Applying safety rules;
• Communicating and reporting.
