On behalf of our Client, international transport and logistics company, operating globally, to the office located in Gdynia, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Logistics Customer Service Coordinator with Russian.
On this position you will be responsible for daily contact with customers, handling incoming orders as well as cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is correct and available in time for transport.
We are looking for candidates with University degree (preferably in maritime transport or logistics) and experience in handling incoming orders, daily contact with customers and coordination of equipment availability. To succeed in this role you need to be team-oriented person and have excellent interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills as well as systematic approach to the tasks. Additionally, we require fluent command of English and Russian.
