About You:

• have experience and knowledge in the processes such as sales planning, range classification, commercial activities on country/market level,

• 2-4 years working experience in a management position, preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar,

• want to expand your experience and knowledge within omnichannel processes,

• have proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development in matrix organisations,

• good collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation with the ability to influence others by using good communication skills,

• use analytical approach to enable translation of business and customer needs into development initiatives with an end-to-end orientation is strong,

• share the IKEA vision, values and culture.

 

Your responsibilities:

• translating commercial priorities into actions for logistic operations in Customer Fulfilment in the market,

• decide and agree on deliverables from Customer Fulfilment side to secure the country Business Plan and work together with different departments,

• securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment in the market for the Commercial Team with strong considerations for network impact, cost potentials, supply and stock situation,

• contribute to an aligned and high performing flow and capacity planning in the market,

• cooperation with the relevant key partners in the market level while contributing with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and omnichannel development.

 

In this role you will report to the Fulfilment Availability & Support Manager.

This role is located in Service Office, Janki k/Warszawy.
