Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 200 markets around the world. Currently, we are looking for a Candidate who will join Warsaw Tech-Hub (IDT – Information&Digital Technology) as a Logistic Execution Business Analyst. Main core of this role is to ensure that every new template requirement is properly captured and presented as user story with relevant acceptance criteria. Supports Product Owner during Agile iterations.
You will be responsible for:
- Together with Product Owner organize backlog in the logical structure around business outcomes, epics and features
- Challenge the requestor of changes to makes sure that the problem & rationale behind the change is clearly identified and the proposed change is truly addressing it
- Collaborate effectively with other product teams, Manufacturing SMEs, Deployment teams, Data and Analytics team and others both within and outside the Programme structure
- Understand and report progress against agreed outcomes and related success measures
- Use data to drive analysis of new features / iterations and drive prioritisation of future work
- Work closely with testing team to understand impact of the new stories on the existing process and identify the changes required in test scenarios
- Provide quality assurance for the solution delivered by the team, including performing integrated IT testing
- Maintain close relationship with deployment & business team to ensure appropriate feedback loops are in place
- Relentlessly identify improvements in the process and products
Main requirements:
- Degree educated IT professional with business-facing IT experience (3 to 5 years) in a global environment
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with working knowledge of agile practices
- Knowledge of SAP IM, WM, warehouse management systems, logistics Track and Trace solutions (ideally Movilizer)
- Knowledge of logistics processes, especially in the context of Track and Trace
- Experience with developing and deploying solutions through DevOps; familiarity with DevOps toolchain: DevOps Azure, Jenkins, Chef, Selenium
- Multinational FMCG and FTSE-100 experience
- Ability to recognise the concepts of shared responsibility and effective collaboration
