Our client is a leading international health care manufacturer. For its company in Poland we are looking for experienced manager for Logistics Director position.
They key purpose of the job will be to createa true Customer Fulfillment organisation across brands and product categories leading to increased performance and customer satisfaction, by improving and integrating Customer Service and Distribution processes.
As Logistics Director you will be a member of logistics management team together with colleagues in other western countries. Moreover you will be also a member of "local" Polish management team. You will have also 4 direct reports in Poland in the areas of Warehouse & Distribution, Customer Service and Transport. Indirectly the team will consist around 250 people.
Logistics Director will be responsible formanagement and leadership within Logistics in PL, leading an operational function with warehouse, distribution, transport and customer service, where the main focus is to secure customer fulfilment. the most important tasks to do will be to secure Customer Fulfilment, create one strong “delivery organisation� in PL with common goal and KPI’s, contribute to Global Development within Supply Chain, increase performance and quality in deliveries, develop a industry leading supply chain and also build up lean culture in organisation.
Ideal candidate for the role should posses min. 10 years experience within management, within Logistics/Supply Chain, Customer Service in working abroad ideally in western countries. Besides higher degree in Logistics or Management. Important will be also to have an experience in working in large production company with global customer base. The Ideal candidate should be experienced in the areas of: Customer Service, Supply Chain, Management & Leadership and Distribution. My client is looking for also the person who will take responsibility for the problems, who will be able to lead the teams and what is most important will be the strategic partner for group logistics management team. Ideal candidate for the role will be the result driven person with great communication skills who has international mindset.Lean knowledge and Leadership skills will be also very important.
