Title: Logistics Assistant (LA)
Job description:The overall responsibility of the LA is to support Global Logistics with handling and registration of transactions within 3 rdparty warehousing, freight, invoicing and statistics. The LA will be responsible for updating our ERP system will all data registered in 3 rdparty logistic systems and making sure that the MD ERP system is updated with all correct registration. This in close coordination with the warehouses, Logistics Planners and other internal stakeholders. The LA will create Goods Receipt based on confirmation from the 3 rdParty warehouse, and create and register Transport Orders based on instructions from Supply Chain Specialist, Project Managers or Logistics Planners.

Responsibility:
- Execute all tasks in a compliant and secure way to ensure good data quality
- Act according to Maersk Drillings set of core values
- Update and register goods receipt based on 3rd party logistics systems.
- Register, execute and provide data on transports and logistics services
- Ensure correct and sufficient documentation for all shipments in the system
- Follow up on missing sufficient data
- Meet set objectives and KPI`s for the team and individually
- Support Global Logistics department with data for transport costs and check if invoices matches agreements.
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Provide stakeholder with support and update of warehousing/inventory status as required
- Identify and address Master Data non-conformance, i.e. missing Serial Number with Logistics Planner to action
- Ensure Compliance within area of responsibility. Identify and address Non-Compliance with internal as well as external stakeholders
Qualification requirements:
- Education and/or working experience within the Logistics Industry or Customer Service function.
- Incoterm knowledge (or willing to obtain such)
- Basic Customs understanding and willing to obtain knowledge on local specifics
- Detail oriented
- Customer service minded
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Able to work in a fast paced Multi-Cultural environment with multiple stakeholders, internal and external
- IT literate, ERP knowledgeable with IFS and MS Office
