For our Client, multinational production company with Shared Service Centre established in Katowice, we are looking for Accountants with experience in General Ledger, General Accounting, Statutory Accounting or Audit with German language skills.
As a Local Compliance Accountant you will be initially responsible for local accounting compliance needs associated to Polish established entity with main duties connected to the preparation of tax returns, including VAT, CIT, support the process of external audit and financial statement preparation, preparation of statutory accounts and be responsible for all internal accounting compliance reporting. Moreover you will act as a subject matter expert knowledge for differences between local GAAP and US GAAP i.e.to support the GBS accounting teams US GAAP adjustment bookings.
We are looking for a Specialist experienced in Audit, RtR, Compliance, General or Statutory Accounting who speaks English and German on very good level (B2+ level as a minimum). You should presents high communication skills, independence and very good organizational and analytical skills.
