Your new company:
For one of our Clients, international biotechnology company,we are looking for candidates for a position of Learning Services Supervisor to join a newly created Shared Service Center in Warsaw.
Your new role:
Learning Services Supervisor would be primarily responsible for managing a team of about 6 Learning Administrators,responsible for delivering learning solutions to internal Client around Europe.Learning Services Supervisor would be responsible both for people management(recruitment, training/coaching, employee appraisals, etc.) and operational deliveryto internal Client (establishing SLA's, holding escalations, developing relationships with various stakeholders). As this is a newly created structure, there would a unique opportunity to work on creating learning processes.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with 4-5 years of professional background in learning & development area.People leading experience would be an asset but we are also opened for senior experts / cooridnators applicants. Moreover, as this is a new role within a start-up SSC, previous experience from outsourcing services and fluent English, are a must.Background from pharmaceutical, biotechnology or FMCG industry would be an asset. The candidates should present people leading potential, customer service attitudeand an ability to develop long lasting relationships with top management and key stakeholders.
