Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the documentation is produced according to the project deadline dates and to
- Deliver a high quality day to day service in the area of Training and Development to the Client within agreed timetable.
- Administration of performance and talent management processes
- Administer workforce and succession planning processes
- Support training needs analyses
- Administer training and development logistics
- Maintain training and development data and systems
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the Client within the scope of responsibilities
- React to the Client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Continually improve the Client satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 1 year of experience in HR (preferable in the section Learning & Development )
- Experience in the organization SSC or BPO will be an asset
- Higher education degree
- Very good knowledge of English and Dutch
- Very good level of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work under time pressure in dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
