For one of our Clients, globally recognised financial institution, we are currently looking for energetic and ready for new challenges individuals to join newly created Learning Department.
While working at this role, you will be responsible formanaging the whole process of learning and development in the company, what includes: being the first point of contact for company’s employees (globally), collecting their training needs, ensuring they are up to date with training that are obligated; updating learning& development management system, taking care of all administrative aspects; building relation with both internal as well as external trainers.
We are looking for Candidateswith previous working/ educational background in the field of training/ event organisation/ office administration; experience with SAP or other ERP (L&D systems); Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.
