On behalf of my Client, a fast growing Shared Service Center based in Warsaw, we are urgently looking for Candidates to fill the position of Learning and Development Administration Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for managing and organizing training courses for employees in European countries, updating data in the system, maintaining learning content, preparing reports and contacting other HR teams. Moreover, you will take part in the implementation of new learning management system and act as a subject matter expert.
We are looking for candidates with minimum one year of experience on a similar position, preferably in Shared Service Center. Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of HR tools will be a strong asset. Ideal Candidate should have a very good organizational and communicational skills.
