Responsibilities:
- Identify, plan and execute productivity improvements through waste reduction at factory level as well as the departmental level
- Ensure optimal flow of production facilities
- Coordinate cross - activities / functions
- Optimize and streamline processes and internal logistic
- Participate in operational meetings
- Check and analyze productivity
- Conduct Kaizen and 5S activities
- Develop and implement action plans
- Set board meetings
- Facilitate training of production staff
- Raise the profile results to the organization relevant stakeholders
- Educational background at the undergraduate level or equivalent
- Experience in lean focusing on the optimization of production and logistics setup
- Work experience in process optimization
- Quality improvement and project management
- Fluent English
- Change management
- Project management and knowledge of lean well - developed problem - solving ability
