Currently for one of our clients, international manufacturing company from automotive industry who started new investment in Lower Silesia, we are looking for experienced Lean Specialist.
The person employed on that position will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager being responsible for optimization of production processes across the plant. At the introduction stage Lean Specialist will have to attend training in Germany. The rest of the duties will include identifying, planning and executing productivity improvements through scrap reduction, optimizing internal logistic, participating in operational meetings and also checking and analysing productivity. Besides Lean Specialist will be responsible for conducting improvements plans and 5S + S activities in all areas, developing and implementing action plans and facilitating trainings of production staff.
The ideal candidate for the role should have higher technical degree, few years of professional experience on similar role (automotive industry would be a plus). Moreover should posses the project management experience and training skills. To be successful on that role the ideal candidate should be a very independent, reliable, self driven person who will provide solutions for management. Knowledge of English or German is essential. Knowledge of both languages would be a huge plus.
