Lean Automation and Robotics Expert

- Provide fit for purpose, cost efficient automation and robotics solutions to ensure expected efficiency increases are achieved for Group Finance with a primary focus in our Shared Service Center in Krakow
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of automation, robotic and process documentation together with training of “super users” in managing automation / robotics technology
- Development and maintenance of continuous improvement activities in respect of automation and robotics, which are registered according to agreed standards together with a future pipeline of activities
- Support and monitor that automation and robotics risks are properly managed accordingly with Group standards e.g. development, quality testing and production releases
- Support tasks for the ZurichLean program e.g. develop ZurichLean capabilities and support preparation & follow up from Lean activities when required
- Develops ZurichLean capabilities and standards to support transformation activities required in Krakow e.g. standardization of tasks across units
- Supports implementation of Zurich approved tools to ensure transparency and standardization of service delivery
- Ensure standardization and communication between various technology solutions in SSC
- Facilitate Automation and robotics workshops and activities within Krakow and Group Finance when required
- ontrol compliance, security, documentation of all automation/robotics solutions developed and used within Group Finance
Candidate’s profile
- At least 3+ years’ work experience in a large, complex multinational organization
- 2+ years of experience in creation of automation/robotics solutions using SAP scripts, VBA, Auto Hotkey or others
- SAP (incl. SAP scripting) expert
- Financial services / Insurance Accounting background/experience an asset, however not essential
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Lean Green Black Belt certification will be an asset
- Availability for occasional international travel
- Good general understanding of Business Process Outsourcing / Shared Service Center transactional environment will be an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage task, processes and operations
- Flexibility and adaptability

- Ability to deliver within strict deadlines
- Proven experience in implementing automation and robotics tools (e.g. UiPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, or others) or strong intrinsic skills to learn
- SQL Advanced
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, VBA and automation techniques
- Programming in .net, HTML, JavaScript, PHP will be a bonus
