The company of our client focuses on Biological crop protection materials (Biopesticides) for agricultural industry. The organization takes pride in producing crop protection products. They operate in the European market and offer a wide range of products. Their brand has established a renowned name throughout the market and created trust with their customers.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Due to the growth and success of their company they are in need of an new team member. As Leader Biopesticide Formulation you will perform and apply research within a the pest control product range. This will be done in a lab with advanced tools and techniques enabling you to do your work best. You will assess market needs and anticipate with newly developed product by the team and you. Foremost, you will need to bring knowledge and expertise of formulation in crop protection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lab research on Biopesticides.
• Lead and solve challenges in regards to biological crop protection
• Formulation Development
• An advantage would be knowledge of proteins formulation
• Implement formulation techniques and optimize storage possibilities
REQUIREMENTS
• MSc/PhD in biotechnology or chemistry related areas
• Between 4-7 years of work experience in formulation of crop protection
• English is a must and a second language a plus
• High interest toward different areas of expertise and knowledge transfer
• Communicative skills and natural team leader
