Lead Software Developer (C++)

We are looking for someone with exceptional technical skills who can solve hard problems and design the software to execute those solutions. Success in this position will require a broad set of experiences and skills, ranging from excellence in core engineering to building a collaborative working relationship with program management, test, and partner development organizations.

The main focus of the Lead Software Developer is to build and manage a team of highly skilled local developers capable of delivering complex software of the highest quality in a reasonable timeframe.

You should possess an exceptionally strong technical background and have mastered the key software engineering principles. Also important are exceptional problem solving and design skills.

You should be self-motivated and self-directed and able to lead and motivate others. A demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important.

• 5+ years demonstrated work experience on online software projects
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related engineering
• 5+ years of strong software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• Strong communications skills (both verbal and written) in English
• Excellent C++ skills
