Lead Data Architect
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Deputising for the Group Chief Data Architect.
Disseminating the Group Data Architecture strategy into the region, ensuring all stakeholders are cognisant of the strategy and associated standards.
Providing thought-leadership to enforce data standards and realise the execution of the Group Data Architecture strategy within the region.
Influencing and persuading CIO’s, CDO’s, CA’s and CDA’s to adopt the Group Data Architecture strategy within their respective GB’s and GF’s in the region.
Providing technical architectural expertise, guidance and support on the implementation of the strategy within programmes and projects in the region.
Facilitating design reviews within the region to govern adherence to the Group Data Architecture strategy and associated standards.
Articulating and managing architectural risks and issues and adhering to architectural governance.
Having regional proximity to support the delivery of the regulatory agenda in the context of data
Informing the evolution of the Group Data Architecture strategy and associated standards based on the needs of the region.
Supporting the delivery of a holistic and integrated Group Data Architecture strategy.
Requirements (Must have):
Experience of working within a large, complex and geographically dispersed organisation (including matrix management structure and across time zones).
An influential thought leader with extensive experience of working within a data function that actively defines strategy and functionality to be implemented on both new and existing systems / components.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the power and value of data with an ability to apply technology solutions to meet business needs and deliver organisational strategy.
Strong relationship management capabilities with an ability to engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders across organisational boundaries enabling the delivery of high standard outcomes.
Embracing Change & Innovation - A track record of delivering change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways.
Achieving Excellence - Set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field.
