Your role:
The role of the Lead Business Analyst includes linking the business mission, strategy and processes of an organization to its IT strategy. The role takes the lead to ensure delivery of a portfolio of projects at Enterprise Applications and Core Systems level, and in this respect will lead a team of Business Analysts to meet company objectives. The role will also lead the administration of the access levels of all roles and privileges for the users within the Microsoft Dynamics AX framework. The systems that the role will lead include Microsoft Dynamics AX, Sharepoint, Board, and it is anticipated that the Lead Business Analyst will drive excellent customer support for these systems.

Key to success:
- 5+ years of experience in the deployment of ERP Solutions (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX) and business analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and analytics solutions
- 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce environments (B2B)
- Microsoft Dynamics AX certification in 2 functional modules on relevant to the FCP Business – relevant modules: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of 8 modules relevant to the FCP Business as outlined above
- Experience with any Business Intelligence technologies and Data Analytics
- Experience with e-Commerce deployments such as B2B models
- Understanding of BI Concepts including Data warehousing, In-memory technologies, ETL and Big Data
- Project Management including: Process Mapping, Decomposition and Business Process Management
- Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of FMCG business processes
- Master Data Management
- Demonstrable track record delivering solutions
- Traditional and Agile project and solution development methodologies and implementations at scale quality standards
- Configuration, Change Control and Release management competencies
- Willingness to relocate to Malta
