On behalf of our Client, international manufacturing company, we are looking for the person for the position of Legal Counsel
Your new role
Main responsibilities on this position will include providing legal counselling to support the business activities of company, including legal research, advice and other legal assistance, analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents within polish civil, labour and company law. Legal Counsel will be anticipating and mitigating potential legal problems within the organization and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. In addition Legal Counsel will be performing due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, liaising with industry regulators and negotiating contractual terms with third parties.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a Person who has minimum 2 year of experience on similar position in law firm or corporate legal department, legal advisor qualification and ability to speak English fluently. Candidate for this position should demonstrate commercial awareness of the business issues facing the organization and the ability to deal with problems in a practical and common sense way, including looking at matters holistically and proactively and finding smarter ways of working. Moreover we seek for a Person with excellent analytical, communication, diplomatic skills with ability to work as a team member as well as to lead a work group.
