For our Client, an international Company from Automotive industry located in Lower Silesia, we are searching for Candidates who would join its developing structure at the position of Launch Coordinator.
The person on this position will be mainly responsible for implementation of new projects at Company’s site and by its sub-suppliers, as well as for supervision over preparing prototype parts according to Client’s requirements. Organizing and leading project meetings will also be a part of Launch Coordinator’s role. What is more, his/her scope of obligations will include also coordinating engineering modifications in the range of both product and process included in new projects. Moreover, the Candidate will cooperate with most of Company’s departments (with special emphasis on both Process and Project Engineers) by the process of new projects’ implementation. Supervision over proper test conduction will also be a part of his/her range of duties, as well as coordinating Clients’ audits at Company’s site during project development phase.
To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing area and minimum 2 years of experience gained on a similar position, connected with new projects launching. Launch Coordinator will work in a multinational environment therefore advanced knowledge of English is essential. Command of any other language, preferably German, is highly desirable. Moreover, we are looking for professionals ready to embrace new challenges and effectively cooperate with project team members.
