THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
To cover a parental leave, the company is urgently looking for a Laboratory Head Metal Analysis for a time period of 1 year.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Laboratory Head will supervise the heavy metal and trace element testing and analysis. He will lead a team of 2-3 employees and provide the needed scientific input.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and schedule of all analysis projects
- Team management (3 people)
- Analysis supervision
- Provide scientific input
- Collaborate in innovative R&D projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong chemistry background (PhD is preferred)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in laboratory work
- Strong knowledge of Heavy metal testing: atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and ICP-MS techniques
- Team leading experience
- Language skills: German and English
