- You particpate in optimization projects
- You coordinate the activities of the department and you monitor the GMP guidelines
- You prepare CAPAs, change controls and events
- You hold performance and development interviews with your direct reports
- You conduct recruitment and selection interviews to build out your team
- Min. 5 years of experience in a QC environment
- 3 years of experience in a managing/coordination role is a must have
- You have extensive knowledge of GMP
- You speak/write fluent English and French/Dutch
- You are a strong people manager, work proactively and you can handle deadlines

The Company
ur client is a pharmaceutical company, specialised in plasma filtration for the biopharmaceutical industry.Role Description
As QC Supervisor you manage a team of 11 FTE. Your team exists of 1 coordinator/planner and 10 qc analists (going from senior to junior). As QC Supervisor you are responsible for the daily management of the laboratory during the early shift and the late shift. It's your task to handle the QA tasks of the QC Environment, setting up trainings, improve the qc processes and help with audits.Responsibilities

Requirements
- BsC or MsC in Life Sciences- Min. 5 years of experience in a QC environment

Other information
