Short Role description:
- Responsible for execution of eBusiness related tasks and processes.
- Support and execute new implementations and roll-out of eBusiness tools throughout all regions
- Provide business support for operational running, maintenance and improvement of eBusiness tools and related business processes.
- Establish, execute and continuously improve new and efficient work processes ensuring consistent service and high quality output for external and internal customers
- Provide support to internal and external users of the eBusiness tools
- Test and validate functional changes to eBusiness tools
Requirements:
- Ideally bachelor or higher education but this can be replaced by strong and relevant work experience
- Min. 2-3 years practical experience working with ERP systems in customer service or supply chain organization
- Experience working with administrative tasks, i.e. updating data, preparing documentation, order entry etc.
- Solid understanding of ERP and general business systems, ideally SAP
- Proficient use of all Windows and MS-Office applications
- Languages:
- English - fluent, both written and spoken
- Other languages an advantage

- Strong communication skills – both written and verbally (in English)
